Upham’s Crossing Residential
In Upham’s Corner, Dorchester, St. Mary’s Center partners with the Planning Office for Urban Affairs and John M. Corcoran & Co. to provide affordable permanent housing to 80 families, including 20+ who have previously experienced homelessness.
Through this public/private partnership, Upham’s Crossing Residential, St. Mary’s Center, the Planning Office for Urban Affairs, and John M. Corcoran & Co. work collaboratively to maintain the stability of families leaving shelter programs by offering affordable, beautiful apartments, financial and rental assistance, and access to resources through partnerships with leading agencies across the City of Boston.
Within walking distance of St. Mary’s Center’s main campus in Dorchester, all residents of Upham’s Crossing Residential are encouraged to participate in the supportive service programs and access behavioral health services that are available on-site, just down the street on Jones Hill.
